CONSIGNMENT POLICIES We accept new and gently worn ladies clothing and accesories for consignment. Items must be no more than 3 years of age and in top condition.Pricing is determined by label, condition, age and demand. Your account will be paid on a monthly basis at 50% of your total store sales...providing the amount is $20.00 or more or the amount will roll over into the next month.

PRICING & SALES Our items are initially priced at 25 - 40% of original retail prices. Items are further reduced by subsequent markdowns. We continue to reduce all items until they sell. In addition, we offer our customers a Frequent Shopper Program. We track your sales in-house (no coupon to carry around & lose) and if you spend $500 within a year, your card becomes an additional 20% off coupon to be used on your next purchase toward one or more items. Any amount you spend over $500 automatically rolls over to a new Frequent Shopper Card.

BILLING AND SHIPPING
Due to credit card regulations pertaining to credit card fraud, we only ship to your billing address listed with your credit card company. If you would like your merchandise shipped to an address other than the one used by your credit card company, please contact your credit card company’s customer service department. Inform them of this before placing your order with ANEW-U Boutique.

RETURN POLICY
Merchandise can be returned for a store credit of the purchase amount, excluding shipping and handling. Before returning any merchandise, please contact one of our customer service representatives at ANEW-U Boutique within TEN days of receiving your shipment. You will need to know your original order number. You will receive a Return Authorization number. Merchandise returned without the proper Return Authorization number on the shipping label will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags properly affixed. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet these requirements. Your store credit is valid towards any item on our web site or in our boutique at any time.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made on the same day. Once the package has been shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

PAYMENT
ANEW-U Boutique accepts VISA, MASTERCHARGE, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS payments. At this time ANEW-U does not use internet payment options so when ordering an item, contact us at 713/462-6398. supply credit card information, once payment is approved your item will be shipped the next day. We accept checks & money orders. Purchases will be shipped when the check clears.
